Is there someone I can talk to about a specific position?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speak with each person individually due to the large volume of resumes we receive on a daily basis. If, after you apply, we determine that your skills and abilities match our hiring needs, human resources will contact you to discuss the job in more detail.

What is the best way to express interest in a job?

Submitting your resume to careers@alaron.com is the fastest and most efficient way to express interest in job opportunities. Please visit our Careers page to find out more about current postings.

Should I drop off my resume at an Alaron location, mail it, or fax it to you?

We strongly encourage applicants to submit an electronic resume. This permits faster and more efficient processing of your application.

Can I apply for more than one job position?

Definitely. We encourage you to apply for all positions where you feel your skills and abilities match our needs.

How long is my resume active?

Our human resources team will review your resume as soon as possible. If you are not a good fit for the position you applied for, we will notify you by email. After that, your resume will not remain on file.

What is the next step after I submit my resume, and how do I find out the status of my resume?

Human resources receives many resumes daily, so we can't tell you how long it will take to receive a response. Human resources reviews candidates and matches their particular skills and abilities to the job requirements. Then they route the applications of qualified candidates to the hiring manager for interview selection.

How do I know that Alaron received my resume? Should I call or email to confirm?

After submitting your resume for a specific position, we will send you an acknowledgment indicating that Alaron has received your submission. Unfortunately, we are unable to personally speak with every person who submits a resume. If we think your skills appear to match an open position, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the job in more detail.

What does it mean when I receive an automatic email back indicating I've been disqualified for the job?

If after human resources reviews your resume, they conclude that you are not a good fit for the position, we will send you an email immediately to let you know that we are not considering you for the position. However, we are pleased that you are interested in working for Alaron and encourage you to apply for other positions that you are qualified for.

Does Alaron offer internships?

Alaron does not currently have a formal internship program. However, we do have internships available from time to time in various departments. If you are interested in possible internship opportunities, please email a copy of your resume to careers@alaron.com.

Does Alaron provide training for jobs that require licensing, or do I need to have a Series 3 license before expressing interest?

Alaron may provide license training for some entry-level positions. Please refer to the requirements of specific jobs for details on which positions require licensing.
